At Uptown Handles, we take pride in delivering high-quality products with a consistent and refined finish.

In-Stock Items:
Products that are readily available will be dispatched within 3 – 5 business days from the date of order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Made-to-Order & Batch-Finished Items:
Some products including larger handle sizes and specialty finishes such as Antique Brass, Rose Gold are not always held as ready stock. To ensure colour consistency and a premium finish across all pieces, these items are produced and finished in carefully managed batches. For these orders, please allow approximately 4 – 6 weeks for production and delivery.

We will keep you informed throughout the process, and you are always welcome to contact us for an update on your order.

Currently, Uptown Handles delivers within Australia only. For international orders, please contact us via our contact page to discuss your requirements.

Returns

At Uptown Handles, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below:

Change of Mind:
Returns for change of mind are accepted provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to customisation, batch production, or other restrictions.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at orders@uptownhandles.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Once approved, we will provide further instructions.

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
