At Uptown Handles, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

  • In-Stock Items: Certain products that are in stock will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Customers will receive delivery notifications once the order has been dispatched.
  • Out-of-Stock or Custom Items: Where an item is not in stock, the estimated shipping timeframe is typically 4–6 weeks. Customers will be notified and are welcome to contact us at any time for updates on their order.

Currently, Uptown Handles delivers within Australia only. For international orders, please contact us directly via our contact page to discuss your requirements.

Returns

At Uptown Handles, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Please review our returns policy below:

  • Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are accepted provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customisation, or other restrictions.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at orders@uptownhandles.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Please note that returned items must be in their original, intact condition with all packaging included, unless the return is due to an error from our side.
